Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Each item is handcrafted with care:

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 2–3 business days.​

  • Made-to-Order Items: Typically ship within 5–10 business days, depending on complexity.​

For orders of multiple items, processing times may extend accordingly. If you order multiple products, please contact me for an accurate processing estimate. For example, ordering three journals, each requiring two days to craft, may result in a six-day processing time.​

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

BCJ is based in Europe, Germany. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location with the exception of free national deliveries within Germany. Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days​

  • International Shipping: 5–13 business days​

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.​

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships based on processing time for “Ready to ship” or “Made per order” stated times, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.​

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your country's import regulations before ordering. Failure to pay required import taxes may result in non-delivery, for which I cannot issue a refund or send a new item.​

Lost or Delayed Packages

I do not have control over shipping carriers and cannot be responsible for delays. However, if your package is significantly delayed or lost, I will assist in resolving the issue and filing claims with the carrier. Please note that I cannot be responsible for lost packages once they have been marked as delivered.
