  1. Processing time

    3. CUSTOM or PERSONALIZED ORDERS
    1-2 weeks for less complex items
    The time frame for complex sculpts will be agreed upon for the required item and is prone to changes - based on outside factors or client’s requests and revisions

    *Please allow the proper sculpting and drying time

    *The process cannot be rushed in order to maintain quality - certain polymer compounds are used to prevent breakage, hence drying times prior to baking/curing the polymer clay need to be respected

  2. Refunds/exchanges

    Refunds are accepted for non-custom and made-to-order physical goods. Please return the received non-custom physical item in its original state within 30 days after delivery. If you receive a damaged item, or do not receive a sent package, file a claim via email within 14 days after the latest estimated delivery date stated by the carrier and choose one of the options:


    Option 1.
    Please attach the pictures and/or tracking information, and I will refund your money in full.

    Option 2.
    I will send you another item, free of charge.

    Due to the nature of the items, returns are not accepted for custom and personalized goods, digital services, or perishable items.

  3. Cancellations

    BCJ Art and design does not accept cancellations. Your purchase may be refunded if you placed your order by accident. In this case, you will be charged the transaction fees as imposed by the payment type, eg: Bank transaction/conversion fee, PayPal transaction fee, and similar.

    BCJ Art & Design does not accept cancellations and exchanges for the following items:
    commissioned custom-made artwork whether it's digital intangible item/s or tangible physical product/s.

    BCJ Art and Design might accept cancellations if the work wasn't started due to outside factors.

    Please note that to cover the time invested, consultations included, and digital or physical materials used, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be charged in case the refund is allowed.

  4. Import fees and taxes

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or carriers.

  5. Packaging

    All the items come packed in eco-friendly cardboard boxes and/or decorative bags. BCJ Art & Design is following the guidelines of the German Packaging Act (VerpackG).

  6. Sizing details

    All sizes are written in the description of each product. Please make sure to read the description carefully.

    If the size of any item doesn't seem to suit your needs, you can contact me to see if the size can be changed. I always make sure that you as a client find an item adjusted just for you.

  7. Shipping update 2022.

    Because of the current situation, shipping to some countries takes longer than usual due to the package overflow, reduced flights and freight, hence, some delays are to be expected.     If your country is not on the list for shipping, please message me. There might be a possibility to ship your package with a different carrier.
